Do I have sufficient coverage for my home, condo or tenants insurance policy?
The Insurance Services Department of London Drugs Limited has created an inventory package for you to itemize your personal belongings. By filling this out you can check to make sure that you are adequately covered. This will also help you replace personal contents in the event of something unexpected such as fire or theft. Be sure to keep this in a safe and secure place.
Can I purchase Identity Theft Protection?
Unfortunately, identity theft crimes are drastically on the rise. In fact, it is one of the fastest growing crimes in North America. Thieves will use your personal information to commit crimes such as fraud or theft, all without your knowledge. The consequences can be devastating and the cost to clear your name can be enormous and very time consuming.
While identity theft can not always be prevented, your home, condo or tenants policy can provide coverage should a person fall victim to this crime. How do I report a home insurance claim?
You can submit an online insurance claim if you are presently insured by London Drugs Insurance. You must complete the entire form. If you have any questions please contact our office at 1-800-681-6677. This service is currently only available in British Columbia.

How do I make a Travel Insurance claim?
If you have a travel insurance claim, you can contact Travel Underwriters on the following numbers:

- From Mexico: 001-800-514-9976
- Outside North America and Mexico: 800-663-00399 To use this 11-digit number, you must first dial the international (global toll-free) access code to reach Canada, based on the country you are in.

No. London Drugs do not offer option automobile coverages with insurance companies other than ICBC.

How much does a marriage license cost?
The current fee for a Marriage License is $100.00 and must be paid at the time of application.
As not all of London Drugs insurance departments can issue Marriage Licenses, please click here to see a list of issuing locations and hours.
What pieces of information and identification do we need to apply for a Marriage License?
To ensure accuracy of marriage certificates issued after registration and to verify legal age to apply for a marriage license, primary identification in the form of a birth certificate, IMM/Immigration form, Permanent Resident or Citizenship card confirming:
- full legal names
- birth date
- place of birth should be provided for both parties.
- You will also be asked to provide information on your current marital status and address.
If the applicant does not have primary identification for the parties then the following documents may be utilized in a descending order of preference:
- Driver's License
- Passport
- Credit Card
- Bank Card
